Caroline A. Pareja Marín joined CSF in 2025 as a Junior Economist based in Bolivia. Caroline has experience in project management, data analysis, and economic research in both the public and private sectors. In the public sector, she contributed to the Productive Development Bank’s (BDP) successful accreditation with the Green Climate Fund (GCF), and led the development of its first project management platform. She also interned at the Central Bank of Bolivia, analyzing real sector data. In the private sector, she worked with quantitative and qualitative research at Fundación Aru, a think tank that promotes evidence-based policymaking. She holds a degree in Economics from the Bolivian Catholic University, where she was a Teaching Assistant for Microeconomics I and II, and a Diploma in Quantitative Methods for Economic Analysis from the Bolivian Private University. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, spending time with her family, and creating content for social media.
